Thriving with Migraine
If you live with migraine or know someone who does, you’re in the right place.
Living with migraine for over a decade, I know what it is like to deal with chronic migraine at school, at work, and with family and friends.
Whether you’re here to learn or to find community, I’m here to help you navigate living with chronic invisible illnesses so you can thrive in the way that feels the best for you.

Throughout my work as a patient advocate, I help people learn how to advocate for themselves and navigate life with chronic, invisible illnesses.
