Thriving with Migraine

If you live with migraine or know someone who does, you’re in the right place.

Living with migraine for over a decade, I know what it is like to deal with chronic migraine at school, at work, and with family and friends.

Whether you’re here to learn or to find community, I’m here to help you navigate living with chronic invisible illnesses so you can thrive in the way that feels the best for you.

My journey with Migraine started at the age of 15

I started being a patient advocate because I felt alone in my journey as a young person with chronic migraine. Since my pain was invisible, I had to figure out how to talk about migraine with my doctors, families, and friends. Throughout my work as a patient advocate, I help people learn how to advocate for themselves and navigate life with chronic, invisible illnesses.

I’m passionate about access to healthcare. Inspired by my own journey throughout the healthcare system and my college studies, I’ve established a career in healthcare policy and communications to understand how healthcare delivery and payment models impact patient access to care. From headache specialist shortages to barriers to treatment, everyone should be able to understand their care and the options available to them.
